Last technical update: August 2026 · Verinox AI · Hemiksem, Antwerp, Belgium
1. Data controller
Verinox AI, located in Hemiksem, Antwerp, Belgium, is the controller for personal data processed through this website. Contact: neo@verinox.ai
2. Contact inquiries
When you submit a contact form, we process your name, email address, message and inquiry type. Organisation, role, sector, maturity, service and similar context fields are processed only when you choose to provide them. Submissions enter a protected same-origin server queue for delivery and response handling.
3. NEO conversations
NEO prompts are sent through Verinox AI's same-origin server gateway to third-party AI providers, currently OpenAI or Google Gemini. Provider API keys remain on the server and are not exposed to the browser. Do not submit passwords, access keys, confidential invention disclosures or unnecessary sensitive personal data.
4. Local chat history
Conversation history displayed in NEO is stored in your browser's local storage on your device and can remain after the browser is closed. You can delete individual conversations, selected conversations or all conversations from Chat History. Clearing the site's browser data also removes this local history.
5. Legal basis
Contact-form processing is based on your consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(a) and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries under Article 6(1)(f). The final legal-basis assessment remains subject to professional legal review.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Contact neo@verinox.ai to exercise a right. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
7. Retention and recipients
Contact submissions are held in operational queue and delivery systems for response handling. A final retention schedule, deletion procedure, provider-retention assessment and international-transfer assessment must be approved and technically enforced before this draft can be marked legally approved.
